It is a system of indicators on the rights of the child, developed by the Network for the Rights of the Child in Mexico since 2005 that seeks to make visible the violations of the rights of girls, boys and adolescents through the use of data, in order to to influence public policies in favor of children.
Childhood Counts in Mexico is based on the experience of the Annie E. Casey Foundation (FAEC) who carries out a project called Kids Count, which investigates, monitors and follows up on the welfare state of children at the state and national level in the States. States of America.
